Lamont Whoie of 519 Triple Lakes Rd. Sanford suffered minor injuries after
being shot at, while in his vehicle, during a road rage incident on Triple
Lakes Rd. Whoie suffered a minor injury to his face during this incident.
Lee County Sheriff Detectives charged James Arthur Tomlinson (57) of 277 Triple Lakes Rd. w/ assault w a deadly weapon w intent to kill and shooting into an occupied vehicle. Investigators are still investigating what led up to this incident.
Tomlinson was held under $100,000 secured bond.
