On 05/28/2010, a joint operation involving the Lee County Sheriff's Office Narcotic's Division and the Sanford Tactical Narcotic's Team conducted a search warrant at the residence of 63 Shelly Fore Lane Sanford NC. During the search of the residence, numerous stolen items were discovered. The Lee County Detective Division was notified and began to investigate. During their investigation, it was determined the stolen items span several jurisdictions to include Harnett County, Wake County, Lee County and the City of Broadway. The recovered items have a total value of approximately $6,000. Arrested at the residence of 63 Shelly Fore Lane was Charles Creel, 20 of 63 Shelly Fore Lane. He was charged with (1) count each of Breaking and Entering, Larceny and Possession of Stolen Goods. Brandon Stone, 17 of Lot 25 Upper Gate Lane was charged with (1) count of possession of stolen goods. Other charges from Harnett County, Wake County and the City of Broadway are forth coming as well as additional arrest.
