Fire Tower Road Man Lit Up With Drug Charges

On Thursday July 3^rdLee County Narcotics agents arrested Gary Richard Bowman Jr. age 37 of 1629 Fire Tower road Sanford NC, 27330. Bowman was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver a schedule III controlled substance, sell and deliver a schedule III substance, and possession and sell of controlled substance within 1000ft of a school. Bowman was also charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver heroin, sell and deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bowman was jailed under a $150,000.00 secured bond.
