On Thursday January 15, 2015 Lee
County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Erik Ramirez age 21 of 4326
Lee Avenue Sanford was charged with 1 count of Possession with the intent to
sell and deliver Marijuana, 1 count of sell and deliver Marijuana, 1 count of
felony maintaining a vehicle that was used for keeping and selling controlled
substance. Ramirez was released under a $3,000.00 unsecured bond.
On Friday January 16, 2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Office
Narcotics agents arrested Marlin Anthony Smith age 27 of 3008 Paradise Way
Sanford. Smith was charged with 1 count of possession with the intent to sell
and deliver Heroin, 1 count of sell and deliver Heroin, 1 count of felony
maintaining a vehicle that was used for keeping and selling controlled
substance. Smith was jailed under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
On Tuesday January 20, 2015 Lee County Narcotics agents
arrested Steven Elliot Mclean age 39 of 610 Greenland Street Sanford. Elliot
was charged with 2 counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver
Cocaine, 2 counts of sell and deliver Cocaine, 2 counts of possession of drug
paraphernalia. Mclean was jailed under a $8,000.00 secured bond.
On Wednesday January 21, 2015 Lee County Narcotics agents
arrested Daniel Edward Babcock age 30 of 7431 Sheriff Watson Road. Babcock was
charged with 3 counts of trafficking Opium, 1 count of felony maintaining a
vehicle for keeping and selling controlled substance and 1 count of possession
of drug paraphernalia. Babcock was jailed under a $120,000.00 secured bond.
On Friday January 23, 2015 Lee County Narcotics agents
arrested Devolar Mclean age 67 of 601 Spruce Street Sanford. Mclean was
arrested after agents executed a search warrant and found Mclean in possession
of 30 dosage units of crack form Cocaine. Mclean was charged with1 count of
possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, 1 count of felony
maintaining a dwelling for the storage and selling of illegal controlled
substances and 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Mclean was jailed
under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
