On Sunday November 15th, 2015 Lee County
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested John Patrick McPherson age 35 of
1197 Tempting Church Road Sanford. McPherson was arrested and charged with 1
count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver 6 dosage units of
Oxycodone, (Percocet) 1 count of sell and deliver Oxycodone (Percocet) 1 count
of felony maintaining a vehicle as a storage place for the storage and sales of
illegal controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. McPherson
was jailed under a $4,000.00 secured bond.
On Monday November 16th, 2015 Lee County
Narcotics Sheriff’s Office narcotics agents arrested Willie Lee Spears age 33
of 819 Clear Water Drive Sanford. Spears was arrested after agents found Spears
in possession of both Marijuana and Alprazolam prescription pills, without a
valid prescription. Spears was appearing in Lee County Court for a traffic
citation when arrested and charged with 1 count of possession with intent to
sell and deliver 53 Alprazolam prescription narcotics, 1 count of misdemeanor
possession of Marijuana, 1 count felony maintaining a vehicle as a storage
place for the storage and sales of an illegal controlled substance, and 1 count
of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Spears was released under a
$12,000.00 unsecured bond.
On Monday November 16th 2015 Lee County Sheriff’s
Office Narcotics agents arrested Donte Malik Williams age 20 of 320 South Plank
Road Sanford. Williams was arrested and charged with 1 count of common law
robbery. Williams was jailed under $20,000.00 secured bond.
On Monday November 16th 2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Christopher Lastet Thompson age 18 of 626 Cox Maddox Road Sanford. Thompson was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and jailed under a $20,000.00 secured bond.
