On 02/17/2016 Agents arrested Richard McKenley Rogers, 59 years
of age 430 Heron Rogers Lane Broadway NC 27505 for Trafficking Opium by
Transportation (Oxycodone and OxyContin), Trafficking Opium by Possession
(Oxycodone and OxyContin), Maintain a Vehicle to sale narcotics and drug
paraphernalia. Rogers was also cited for left of center, seat belt violation and fictitious registration plates. Rogers was jailed under a $50,000.00 secured bond.
