Moncure Man Arrested For Drugs

07/05/2016 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents arrested Cletus Dannie Lowe, 59 year old of 1279 Charlie Brooks Road, Moncure NC, 27559 with Possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, maintain a vehicle to sell narcotics, possession of marijuana, two counts of drug paraphernalia, drive left of center, resisting a public officer, displaying a fictitious registration plate.

Lowe was jailed under a $10,000.00 secured bond.
