7th Street Man Arrested For Heroin

On Tuesday February 7^th 2017 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Robert Lee McDougald age 31 of 1005 S. 7^th Street Sanford. McDougald was charged with 2 counts of sell and deliver Heroin, 2 counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Heroin, 2 counts of felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage and sales of an illegal controlled substance, 2 counts selling a controlled substance 1000ft of an education center, and 2 counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. McDougald was jailed under a $100,000.00 secured bond.
