Man Arrested for Meth

On Monday February 27, 2017 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Tracy Lynn Wagner age 41, of room 173 Palomino Motel located at 1508 Westover Drive Sanford. Wagner was charged with 1 count of possession of methamphetamine, 1 count of felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage and use of illegal controlled substances, and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Wagner was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
