Charles Terry Melby (64) of 904 Lanier Farm Rd.
Sanford was arrested for peeping using a photographic device, taking
indecent liberties w/ a minor and 2 cts of contributing to the
delinquency of a minor. These charges stem from an investigation that
began after a Lee County Sheriff's Office School Resource Officer
learned of a juvenile student had been assaulted while at Melbys
residence over the weekend. Melby was held under $4,000 secured bond.
