11/21/2017 Timothy Wayne Watts (41) of 703 Burgess Cir. Broadway was arrested at 4:15 AM after he broke into his former girlfriend’s (Shannon Leigh Tart) home located at 1598 Dixie Farm Road, Sanford. Watts was reported to have assaulted her and removed her from the home against her will saying her was going to kill her. Watts was located with Tart in Harnett County by Harnett County Sheriff deputies approximately 15 minutes after the report was made. Tart was found unharmed. Watts was held under no bond for 1st Degree Burglary, 2nd Degree Kidnapping, and assault on a female, felonious larceny and possessing stolen property. Watts was held under no bond.
