Search Warrant on North Seventh Street Nets One Arrest & Drugs

On Monday December 18^th, 2017 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents executed a search warrant on the residence located at 107 North Seventh Street, Sanford. In the course of the search of the property, agents located approximately 18 grams of powder form Cocaine, and a small amount of Marijuana. The resident and property owner Maurice Danjuan Gill, age 42, was arrested, processed and charged with 1 count of felony  possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, 1 count of felony maintaining a dwelling place that was used for the storage and sales of illegal controlled substances, 1 count of felony possession of a controlled substance within 1000 foot of a school/daycare, 1 count of misdemeanor possession of Marijuana, and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gill was jailed under a $25,000.00 secured bond.
