On Thursday
morning February 15th, 2018 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics
agents arrested Jimmie Laverne Wilson, age 50 of 267 Pine Needles Drive,
Lillington NC, 27546.
In the course of a traffic stop, Wilson was found in possession
of 7 grams of crack form Cocaine in one bag, and another clear plastic bag
containing 32 individually packaged in clear cellophane pieces of (crack)
Cocaine. In the course of this investigation information was gained that lead
Harnett County Narcotics agents to the residence of Wilson located at 267 Pine
Needles Drive, Lillington NC, 27546.
Harnett
County Sheriff’s Office’s Narcotics agents conducted a search warrant on the
property located at 267 Pine Needles Drive, Lillington NC, 27546. In the course
of the search, both Harnett County and Lee County Narcotics agents located an
additional 15 grams of (crack) Cocaine inside the residence along and a small
caliber, semi-auto rifle. Wilson was charged and processed by Lee County
Sheriff’s Office with one count of possession with the intent to sell and
deliver Cocaine, one count of felony maintaining a motor vehicle that was used
for the storage and sale of illegal controlled substance, and one count of
misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and jailed under a $5,000.00
secured bond for the narcotics Wilson was found in possession of in Lee.
Warrants were issued for Wilson’s arrest for the drug violations in Harnett
County as well. Wilson was charged by Harnett County for, one count of
possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine.
Wilson was jailed in
the Lee County Jail under a total bond of $7,500.00 secured.
