Marshall had two outstanding felony warrants for possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, sell and deliver Cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Marshall attempted to flee from agents on foot but was unsuccessful. After a short foot chase, agents captured Marshall and located approximately 10 grams of (crack) Cocaine in a clear plastic bag in Marshall’s front short pocket. Marshal was transported to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office to be processed and charged.
In total Marshall was charged with three counts of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, two counts of sell and deliver Cocaine, three counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of resisting a public officer.
Marshall was jailed under a $25,000.00.
