Rocky Fork Church Road Man Arrested During Traffic Stop

On Wednesday, January 8, 2020, Lee County Narcotics agents arrested John Patrick McPherson, age 40, of 2432 Rocky Fork Church Road, Sanford. During the course of an investigative traffic stop, agents determined that McPherson was in possession of approximately one tenth of a gram of heroin.

Agents transported McPherson to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office for processing and charges. McPherson was charged with one count of felony possession of heroin, and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Patrick McPherson was released under a $15,000.00 unsecured bond.
