Carolina Trace Man Arrested For Car Break-Ins

Brian Tyler Brink (29) of 1602 Stone Gate South in Carolina Trace, Sanford NC was arrested for a string of vehicle break-ins from 10/19/2020 – 10/21/2020.

Brink was charged with breaking and entering ten vehicles in Carolina Trace, one vehicle on Frank Wicker Rd and one vehicle on Lora Ann Ln.

Brink’s total charges were:

12 counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle

12 counts of larceny

12 counts of possessing stolen goods

1 count of larceny of a firearm

1 count of possession of a stolen firearm

1 count of possessing a firearm by felon

Brink was held in Lee County Jail under $155,000 secured bond.
