Break-In Arrest leads to $32K cocaine bust!

Charlie Lee Jones, 36 of Sanford, after being arrested by Sanford Police officers, struck a deal with law enforcement and turned in Ernest Brown who resided in Thornewood Village, who was charged with trafficking cocaine and other drug related charges. After Jones was interegated by staff at the Lee County Sheriff's office, he confessed to the break-in's at a local school and then advised them where the items had been taken. After a search warrant was obtained, Sheriff's Office staff served the warrant at Brown's residence and found nearly 3 ounces of crack cocaine, $1,000.00 in cash, firearms and stolen property.
