On 8-7-2008, members of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at 611 Washington Ave., Sanford and discovered 2.4 Grams of Crack Cocaine, 11 dosage units of Percocet and 22 dosage units of Oxycodone. As a result of the search, Charles Edward Covington, 55, of the residence was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, trafficking in Opium and maintaining a residence to store drugs. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $200,00.00 secured bond.
