As an older 'urban neighborhood' where we experience a lot of transit traffic, the Rosemount McIver Park community is exposed to a relatively high amount of incidental crime. However, we also have a mix of residents that unfortunately includes some small, but acutely noticed, population of local criminals. So I am very happy to see that the Lee County Sheriff's team was able to apprehend and charge a local drug dealer and hopefully remove that individual from our family community in Rosemount McIver Park. The neighborhood has seen a great deal of investment from the city, county, and community and has vastly improved over the last few years. But we still have some challenged areas, and in the case of local crime, these small victories help send a message that this activity is unwelcome. Thanks! Al
