Thomas David Sharpe, 50, of 383 Sharpe Road, Sanford, was arrested on 12-3-2008 for possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance (Xanax) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $10,000.00 secured bond.
