Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances (misdemeanor)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

01/05/2009:
Possession with Intent to Sell/ Deliver Marijuana
Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $50,000.00 secured bond.
