Center Church Road Resident Held on Numerous Charges

On 2-17-2009 members of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at 1441 Center Church Road, Sanford, and charged Michael Wayne Thomas, 41, of the home for possession with intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling to store drugs after approximately 26 grams of Cocaine, 100 grams of Marijuana and a firearm were seized during the search. Thomas was placed in the Lee County Jail under $100,000.00 secured bond.
