Richard Paul Kennedy, 41, of 91 Gravel Lane Sanford, was arrested on 3-17-2009 after county drug agents executed a search of his home and discovered 24 Marijuana plants growing inside his home. Kennedy was charged with felony possession of Marijuana, manufacturing Marijuana, maintaining a dwelling to keep/store drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released under $10,000.00 bond. The potential street value of the seized plants was valued at $57,600.00.
