Popular Springs Church Road Man Arrested

Tyler James Carter, 20, of 1733 Poplar Springs Church Rd, Sanford, was charged on 5-13-2009 for possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle to keep or store drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after being found in possession of several dosage units of Xanax. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $8000.00 secured bond.
