A three month investigation by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the seizure of 330 grams of Cocaine and the arrest of one person. Nicolas Mora-Bravo, 32, of 139 Thornwood Loop, Sanford, NC, was arrested on 8-6-2009 for Trafficking Cocaine and maintaining a dwelling to store drugs after the Cocaine was discovered in his home during a search. Agents also seized $2,094.00 in US currency and one firearm. The investigation was the result of a joint effort by Lee County drug agents and agents of the Moore County Sheriff’s Office narcotics Unit.
Mora-Bravo, an illegal alien from Mexico, was placed in the Lee County Jail under $400,000.00 secured bond. The drugs have an estimated potential street value of $66,000.00.
