Lee County Sheriff’s Office received several calls from motorist at approximately 8:00 AM in the area of 2000 Broadway Rd. Sanford that a black Volvo was discharging a firearm from the roadway at a residence at 2000 Broadway Rd.
Investigators located the Volvo which was operated by a Tony Lee Swann (45) B/M of 2904 Airport Rd. Sanford. Swann was in possession of a pistol and advised investigators him and a subject at 2000 Broadway Rd, Jason Gillis (34) W/M had exchanged gunfire in dispute over a female. A search of Swann’s vehicle also revealed narcotics. Tony Lee Swann was arrested and charged w/ assault w/ a deadly weapon w/ intent to kill, possession of a firearm by felon, trafficking in opium, possession w/ intent to sell a Schedule IV narcotics, maintaining a vehicle for distributing narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. Swann was held under a total of $160,000 secured bond.
Jason Craig Gillis of 2000 Broadway Rd. Sanford was arrested for assault w/ a deadly weapon w/ intent to kill and simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; he was held under $40,000 secured bond. 
Amber Denise Garner (30) W/F of 1382 Buckhorn Rd. Sanford was a passenger w/ Swann and she was charged possession of methamphetamines, maintaining a vehicle to sell narcotics and possession of schedule II, Schedule IV, Schedule VI narcotics and drug paraphernalia; she was held under $10,000 secured bond.
