Brian Wesley Arnold (35) W/M of 123 Hunter Dr. Broadway NC was reported missing by his father on December 31, 2009. Arnold was reportedly last seen by 2 friends who reported they dropped Arnold out on Cox Mill Rd. near Golden Hills Ln. on 12/22/2009 around 1AM.
Arnold’s friends reported he told them he was going to see a friend and for them to pick him back up on Cox Mill Rd. in 20 minutes. Arnold’s friends reported they searched for him for hours and never seen him again.
Arnold is 5’-9” 170 lbs. was last seen wearing a brown coat, jeans and black gloves.
Leads have gone cold in this case as of late. The case has been publicized on NC Wanted, The Sanford Herald, local radio stations and on the Sheriff’s Office News Letter. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office will conduct an information traffic check on Cox Mill Rd near Golden Hills Rd on 12/21/2010, the anniversary of Arnold’s disappearance in hopes of someone who may have been in that area that night and may have seen something.
The Sheriff’s Office is offering a reward for information that leads to the whereabouts of Brian Arnold.
