Jimmie Junior Lindsey, 26, of 102 Carthage Street was charged on 2-7-2011 for possession of a controlled substance in a jail facility, possession with intent to sell Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after 9 grams of Marijuana was discovered on him as he was being booked into the Lee County Jail on unrelated charges. He was held under $5000.00 secured bond.
