Onyemechi Chukuma Ekwuribe, 31, of 2714-A Macedonia Road, Cary, was arrested on 3-9-2012 for possession with intent to sell Marijuana, Maintaining a vehicle to store drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop by a county deputy on US # 1 near Colon Road. Deputies seized 636 grams of Hydroponic Marijuana as a result of the investigation. Ekwuribe was transported to the Lee County Jail and placed under $15,500.00 secured bond.
