Lee County Sheriff Detectives arrested Joshua Tyler Suggs (20) W/M of 312 Upchurch Farm Rd. Sanford after Suggs broke into a residence at 869 Gunter Lake Rd. Sanford. Detectives stopped a vehicle occupied by Suggs and found stolen goods on Suggs from the burglary. Suggs was charged w/ felonious breaking and entering, larceny, possession of stolen goods, and possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by felon; he was held under $40,000 secured bond.
