Kendrick Jermaine Smith, 26, of 707 Cox Maddox Road, Sanford, was arrested on 7-5-2012 after a surveillance operation by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division resulted in the seizure of 141 grams of Marijuana and items of paraphernalia. Agents charged Smith with possession with intent to sell Marijuana, maintaining a vehicle to store drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $2500.00 secured bond.
