James Franklin Ingram, 30, of 168 Hill Lane, Carthage, was arrested on 8-12-2012 by Lee County Drug Agents for felony possession of a controlled substance in a jail facility and possession of drug paraphernalia after Lee County Jailors discovered Marijuana and Crack Cocaine on him while he was being processed into the jail on unrelated charges. Ingram was placed in the Lee County Jail under $5000.00 secured bond.
