Gerardo Victorero, 31, of 126 Triple Lakes Road, Sanford, was arrested on 3-14-2013 for Trafficking
Marijuana, manufacturing Marijuana, maintaining a dwelling to store drugs, and
possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest was the result of a 3 month
investigation by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division and the
Wake County ABC enforcement office. Approximately 75 Marijuana plants in
addition to a quantity of high grade hydroponic processed Marijuana, totaling
nearly 70 pounds, were seized after the execution of a search warrant at 126 Triple Lakes Rd. The defendant was placed in the Lee County Jail under
$400,000.00 secured bond.
