Narcotics Agents Net Three

Natasha Ann Spivey, 29, of 8894 Cox Mill Road, Sanford, was arrested on 12-30-2013 for 3 counts of trafficking Opium by obtaining controlled substances by fraud after an investigation by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division. She was placed in the Lee County Jail under $375,000.00 secured bond.

Damon Allen Harris, 29, of 102 McLeod Avenue, Broadway, was arrested on 12-31-2013 for possession with intent to sell Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after Lee County drug agents seized 173 grams of Marijuana from his home. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $60,000.00 secured bond.

Michael Anthony Kelly, 35, of 397 Moody Road, Sanford, was arrested on 12-30-2013 for possession with intent to sell a schedule II controlled substance (Methadone and Morphine) and possession with intent to sell a schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam), maintaining a vehicle to store drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped by members of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $55,000.00 secured bond.
