Search Warrant Executed; One Arrested

On Thursday, July 3^rd, 2014 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents executed a search warrant for controlled substances at lot 25 A&B Road, Sanford.

Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents located 66 grams of Marijuana.  Arthur Lionel Smith, age 33, of Lot 25 A&B Road, was arrested and charged for possession with the intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling place that was used for keeping and selling controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was jailed under a $11,000.00 secured bond.
