Castillo Ramriez (24) H/M of 55 Densen Ln. Sanford was arrested for 1st
degree rape, 1st degree
kidnapping , 1st degree sexual assault, assault on a female, assault inflicting
serious injury, communicating threats and interfering w/ 911 communications.
These charges stem from an incident that was reported by a 28 yr old female on
2/7/2014 at Central Carolina Hospital ER. The female reported Ramriez was her live-in boyfriend who
became enraged by a text message she received and accused her of cheating on
him.
The victim reported Ramirez assaulted her until she lost consciousness and
he then raped her and committed several other sexual acts on her. The victim
reported Ramriez later left the residence after threatening to harm her and her
family if she reported the incident. Ramriez was held under no bond.
