4/21/2015 @ 6:45 PM William (Billy) Dennis Place (46) W/M of 4120 Farmstead Rd. Sanford NC was arrested by Lee County Sheriff Detectives while Place was attempted to meet a 14 yr old female, whom he met on Facebook. Place was charged taking indecent liberties w/ a child and soliciting a child by a computer or other electronic device to commit an unlawful sex act resulting in appearance at the meeting location. Place was held under $100,000 secured bond.
