Drug Units Have A Busy Week

On Tuesday September 29, 2015 Lee County Narcotics agents arrested William Eugene Partridge age 37, of 557 East Forrest Oak drive Sanford. Partridge was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, felony maintaining a dwelling place used for the storage and sells of illegal controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Partridge was jailed under a $30,000.00 unsecured bond. 

On Tuesday September 29, 2015 Lee County Narcotics agents arrested Edward Lewis Burch age 29 of 1115 Washington Avenue Sanford. Burch was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, sell and deliver Cocaine, sell Cocaine 1000ft of a child care facility, felony maintain a dwelling place for the storage and sells of an illegal controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burch was jailed under a $40,000.00 secured bond.

Late Tuesday afternoon September 29, 2015 Lee County Narcotics agents arrested James Kenneth Lane age 35 of 3258 Chris Cole Road Sanford. Lane was charged with possession with the intent to sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance (Alprazolam), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lane was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
