Drug Agents Arrest Three

10/22/2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Narcotics Agents arrested Kelly Angel Council age 33 of 130 McClendon Court Southern Pines NC 28387 for Trafficking Opium, Possession with intent to sell and deliver Zolpidem, possession with intent to sell and deliver Tramadol, Possession with intent to sell and deliver Tylenol/codeine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kelly Angel Council was released under a $250,000.00 unsecured bond.

10/22 & 23/2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Narcotics Agents arrested Derrick McIver age 35 of 3131 Carbon Sanford NC 27330 for Eight Counts of Trafficking Oxycodone, two counts of maintaining dwelling to store a controlled substance, Possession with intent to sell and deliver Oxycodone, drug paraphernalia. Derrick Williams was jailed under a $250,000.00 Secured bond.   Suspect was also arrested and charged during a sting operation for Eight Counts of Possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver Cocaine, Sell Cocaine, Maintaining a vehicle to store a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Derrick Williams was jailed under an additional $75,000.00 Secured bond.

 

10/22/2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Narcotics Agents arrested Brianna Nicole Helms age 19 of 805 Primrose Lane Sanford NC 27330 for Trafficking Oxycodone, maintaining dwelling to store a controlled substance, Possession with intent to sell and deliver Oxycodone, drug paraphernalia. Brianna Nicole Helms was jailed under a $200,000.00 Secured bond.
