Wakefield Dr. Sanford, turned himself into the Lee County Sheriff’s Office
for the September 23, 2015 Murder of Marcus Laverne Murchison at 622 Beulah
Brown Rd Sanford NC.
Davis is charged with robbing and murdering, Marcus Murchison
as well as attempting to shoot and kill Murchison’s girlfriend, Heather
Shontell Lindsey, who was also present at the time.
Davis was charged with Murder, Robbery with a dangerous weapon,
attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill; he is being held no bond.
