On Wednesday November 18th 2015 Lee County
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Marino Chantez Johnson age 30 of 624
Scott Avenue Sanford. Johnson was arrested and charged with 1 count of
possession with the intent to sell and deliver 3 dosage units of
(Hydromorphone), sell and deliver (Hydromorphone), felony maintain a motor
vehicle for the storage and sales of an illegal controlled substance, and
misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was jailed under a
$10,000.00 secured bond.
On Thursday November 18th 2015 Lee County
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested James Clifton Walters age 57 of 4218
Carbonton Road Sanford. Walters was arrested and charged 1 count of possession
with the intent to sell and deliver 6 dosage units of (Oxycontin), sell and
deliver (Oxycontin), felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage and sales of
an illegal controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug
paraphernalia. Walters was jailed under a $30,000.00 secured
bond.
On Thursday November 18th 2015 Lee County
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Roger Lee McCutchen age 34 of 891
Nicholson Road Sanford. McCutchen was arrested and charged with 1 count
possession with the intent to sell and deliver (Crack) Cocaine, sell and
deliver (Crack) Cocaine, felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage and sales
of illegal controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug
paraphernalia. McCutchen was jailed under a $20,000.00 secured bond.
