Local Man To Serve 67-93 Months for Drugs

On Friday April 9, 2015 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents arrested Frank Allen Baber age 52 of 75 Pleasant Pines Drive Broadway. Baber was arrested on 4 counts of trafficking Opium (Oxycodone), possession with the intent to sell and deliver Oxymorphone, sell and deliver Oxymorphone, and 2 counts of felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage of an illegal controlled substance. Baber was jailed under a $200,000.00 secured bond.

Mr. Baber pleaded guilty on 1/12/2016 to Felony Habitual Felon and Felony Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance.  Mr. Baber will serve an active sentence of 67-93 months in prison.
