Dixie Farm Rd Man Arrested for Drugs

09/30/2016 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents arrested Larry Franklin Kelly, 50 years old of 1612 Dixie Farm Road Sanford NC 27330 for Sell/Deliver Opana (pain medication), maintaining a dwelling place to sale a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Kelly was jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
