arrested
Arturo Morales Pena age 37 of 28 Stacy Lane, Broadway. Pena was
charged with 1 count of selling methamphetamine, 1 count of deliver
methamphetamine, 1 count possession with intent to sell and deliver
methamphetamine, and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pena was jailed under a $3500.00 secured bond.
