On Monday March 6th 2017 Lee County Sheriff’s
Office Narcotics agents arrested Justin Michael Novembre age 24 and Johnny Ray
Newell age 31, both residents of 320 John Godfrey Road Sanford.
Justin Novembre was charged with 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, 1 count of possession of illegal controlled substance within 1000ft of a school, 1 count of simple possession of schedule II (Hydrocodone), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Johnny Newell was charged with 1 count of trafficking Opium by possession, 1 count of felony maintaining a vehicle for the storage and sales of illegal controlled substances, and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both Novembre and Newell were jailed under a $5,000.00 secured bond.
