Agents Make Multiple Arrests on Palamino Drive


On Tuesday May 9th, 2017 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents executed a search warrant on room 198 on Palomino Drive. In the course of the warrant execution agents located Timothy Jarod Grier age 28, Isabell Maria Hammond age 20, and Monserrat Castaneda age 22 in possession of 53 grams of (Crack) form Cocaine, 248 dosage units of Xanax, and 21 dosage units of Suboxone.

Timothy Jarod Grier of 2509 Blackstone Road, Sanford, was charged with 1 count of trafficking Cocaine, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Xanax, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Suboxone, 1 count of felony maintaining a dwelling place for the illegal storage and sells of controlled substances, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Isabell Maria Hammond age 20 of 5001 Cardinal Drive, Sanford, was charged with 1 count of trafficking Cocaine, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Xanax, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Suboxone, 1 count of felony maintaining a dwelling place for the illegal storage and sells of controlled substances, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monserrat Castaneda of 5013 Laurel Ridge Drive, Sanford, was charged with 1 count of trafficking Cocaine, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Xanax, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Suboxone, 1 count of felony maintaining a dwelling place for the illegal storage and sells of controlled substances, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Jarod Grier was held under a $200,000.00 secured bond, and both Hammond and Castaneda were held under a $150,000.00 secured bond.
