08/09/2017 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents arrested
Carlos Antonio Marks, 40 years old of 223 Wicker Street Sanford, for Sell Heroin, Deliver Heroin, maintaining a vehicle to sale heroin and drug paraphernalia. Marks was jailed under a $30,000.00 secured bond. Marks will have a first appearance in Lee County District court on 08/10/2017.
