10/17/2017 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Agents arrested
Desmond Liman Dowdy, 22 years old, of 712 Burgess Circle Broadway NC 27505 for Possession of Cocaine, possession of Xanax, possession of a controlled substance inside a detention facility, Resist/Delay/ Obstruct of an officer and drug paraphernalia. Dowdy was held under an $11,000.00 secured bond.
