On Friday January 26th,
2018 Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic agents arrested Marcus Craig Faulk,
age 41 of 791 Hancock Road Sanford, NC and Terri Leigh Williams, age 44 of 936
Hancock Road Sanford, NC.
Agents
received information from an anonymous source that Faulk and his girlfriend
Williams were in possession of a stolen vehicle.
Agents responded to the residence located at 936 Hancock Road and found a 2004 white in color Dodge Dakota that was reported stolen from Sampson County. Agents executed a search warrant on the premises and located the keys to the stolen vehicle in the bedroom of the residence, along with 3 grams of MDMA “Molly”. Both Faulk and Williams were arrested and charged with 1 count of possession of a stolen vehicle, 1 count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver MDMA a schedule I controlled substance, 1 count of felony maintaining a dwelling place for the storage and use of an illegal controlled substance, and 1 count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
