On Thursday March 15th, 2018 Lee County Sheriff’s
Narcotics agents arrested Vincent Michael Herrion, age 30 of 1117 Juniper Drive
Apt C, Sanford.
Herrion was found by agents to be in possession of 8 grams of powder form Cocaine, and 19 grams of Marijuana.
Herrion was processed and charged with one count of possession with the intent to sell and deliver Cocaine, one count of felony possession with the intent to sell and deliver Marijuana, one count of misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun, one count of felony maintaining a vehicle used for the storage and sales of an illegal controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of driving while license revoked, and one count of possession of an out of state driver’s license knowing same to be revoked.
Herrion was held under a $25,000.00 secured bond.
